About Randy

Randy DeShong is a professional tattoo artist with over 33 years of experience creating custom tattoos for clients throughout Pennsylvania and across the United States. Specializing in American Traditional, Japanese, Neo Traditional, New School, Black & Grey, and Color tattoos, Randy focuses on large-scale custom projects designed specifically for each client. His work has been published internationally, and he has earned recognition for award-winning color tattooing throughout his career. After beginning his apprenticeship in 1993, Randy spent over a decade tattooing throughout California before returning to Pennsylvania to establish DeShong Tattoo Studio. Today he continues to create one-of-a-kind tattoos while mentoring the next generation of tattoo artists. Randy believes every tattoo should be built around the individual wearing it. Whether it’s a full sleeve, back piece, cover-up, memorial tattoo, traditional design, or custom concept, his goal is to create bold, readable artwork that stands the test of time. All appointments begin with a consultation to discuss your idea, placement, size, and overall vision. From there, Randy develops a custom tattoo designed specifically for you. Availability: Wednesday–Sunday Appointment Only Half-Day Sessions: 12pm–4pm or 4pm–8pm Full-Day Sessions: 12pm–8pm Located in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. For serious tattoo collectors looking for custom work, Randy welcomes the opportunity to bring your ideas to life.
