About Mero
Nestor Cisneros, professionally known as Mero, has been a tattoo artist since 2009. Originally from Chicago and now residing in Appleton, Wisconsin, Mero draws inspiration from the vibrant graffiti culture of his hometown. He takes pride in being a vessel to bring his clients’ ideas to life, believing that any concept can be transformed into stunning visual art. Specializing in black and gray, color realism, and illustrative tattoo styles, Mero views each project as an opportunity to surpass his previous work. He finds the most rewarding part of his craft to be seeing his clients walk away happy, their visions fully realized. Outside of tattooing, Mero enjoys spending time with his family, playing records, and painting murals—activities that inspire his creativity and fuel his dedication to the craft. Motivated by his loved ones and peers, he is committed to continually learning and creating alongside the people who trust him with their stories. For Mero, tattooing is more than art—it’s a way to connect, create, and evolve. We don’t chase novelty, we build reliability.
