Policies

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Deposits secure your appointment date and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Deposits are $50+ depending on size of appointment. If you cancel your appointment, are more than 30 minutes late, or fail to attend, your deposit will be considered forfeit. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice, and deposits can be transferred to a new date one time. Additional reschedules require a new deposit.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

As mentioned in the Deposit Policy, appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice without losing your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in event of cancellations, however I know life happens and depending on circumstances I am willing to discuss this with you and make exceptions.

Design Changes

Minor design changes can usually be made at the time of your appointment. Major design changes, subject changes, or completely new concepts must be discussed at least 72 hours in advanced, otherwise they may require rescheduling to allow adequate time to create a new design, and may require a new deposit depending on the circumstance.

Touchup Policy

If needed, one touchup appointment will be offered at no cost, as long as it is scheduled within the first 3 months following your appointment. Touchups are not guaranteed if proper aftercare instructions were not followed, if tattoo was exposed to excessive sun, or if significant changes to the body have occurred.

Guests and Children

One guest may accompany you to your appointment, if you plan to bring more than one guest please make sure to let me know in advance (there is plenty of space). Children age 8+ are welcome as long as they behave appropriately, children under 8 are welcome, but must be accompanied by another adult for supervision.

Right To Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse any tattoo request for any reason, including but not limited to: - Hate symbols or discriminatory imagery - Gang-related imagery - Intoxication or impairment - Harassment or inappropriate behavior - Unsafe placements - Designs that exceed my abilities or artistic style

AI Art Policy

I will not tattoo any designs that have been generated using AI. Anything you might write to prompt AI to create your design can simply be sent to me instead, and I can create your design.
